POLICY & PROCEDURES

WHAT'S PROVIDED

  • All necessary Fishing Licenses

  • Premium Rod/Reel Outfits, though you are welcome to bring your own

  • Cooler and Ice with Bottled Waters, as well as Requested Snacks

  • USCG Safety Equipment

WHAT TO BRING

  • Polarized Sunglasses

  • Sun Protection (Hat, Buff, Sunscreen, UPF Rated Clothing etc)​

  • A Positive Attitude

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • * A 50% deposit is required upon booking.

  •  

  • *Trip cancellations 30 days or more prior to engagement will receive refund of deposit, or credit applied to future endeavor.

  • ​

  • *Any trips cancelled 29-15 days before scheduled outing will lose their deposit, 8-14 days of scheduled outing will incur a 75% penalty of total charter cost, 7 days or less will pay 100% of the time allotted for charter.

  • ​

  • *Capt. William D. Cochran reserves the right to cancel a trip at any moments notice, upon these conditions a full refund will be provided.

GRATUITY

  • Customary

  • Service Industry standards suggest 18-20%
