Deposit & Cancellation Policy
* A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
*Trip cancellations 30 days or more prior to engagement will receive refund of deposit, or credit applied to future endeavor.

*Any trips cancelled 29-15 days before scheduled outing will lose their deposit, 8-14 days of scheduled outing will incur a 75% penalty of total charter cost, 7 days or less will pay 100% of the time allotted for charter.

*Capt. William D. Cochran reserves the right to cancel a trip at any moments notice, upon these conditions a full refund will be provided.
